Jemez Valley Community Association

JVCAThe Jemez Valley Community Association is dedicated to the enhancement of life in the Jemez Valley for residents and visitors alike. By coordinating with other organizations in the area, the JVCA provides a framework for volunteers, businesses, and government agencies to cooperate to the benefit of all citizens.

If you would like to be involved, come to one of our meetings. Please check the calendar (on the menu above) for meeting dates.  Meeting times and places are also usually listed in the "Community Calendar" of the Jemez Thunder newspaper. All are welcome. For further information please email JVCA President Mary Nelson at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

The JVCA sponsors many events throughout the year such as Earth Day celebrations, Independence Day celebrations in Jemez Springs (Parade, Arts and Craft Show, Music, Fireworks), the fall Jemez Valley Trail Sale, winter Jemez Monument Farolito/Luminaria Tour, and Horse-drawn Hay-ride from the Village Park.

Look for print and radio ads promoting various activities during the year.
