| G. Shores provided the design of the first website for the library and did all of the updating and maintenance until the library staff took on this task in 2005. He also set up the network for all of the library computers. | |

| 2004 | Larry Rodgers, Mayor Garcia and wife Pety, Juan Mijares & family, Jim & Margaia Forcier-Call, and Domingo Kaller of the Jemez State Monument were guest presenters for the Summer Reading Program about New Mexico. Margaia came each week and taught the children the State song "Oh Fair New Mexico". |

| 2004 | Luanna Pearson helped the library start a HomeSchooling Resources shelf for long-term loans of schooling materials to local home-schoolers. She had the idea and donated the materials to start the collection. |

| 4th of July | The Library has entered in the July 4th Parade
in Jemez Springs for many years. The efforts have been mostly
accomplished by volunteers, sometimes in conjunction with the Summer
Reading Program.
2006 - Celebrating Diversity float created by the Mijares-Haarmann family, driven by Tim Haarmann, and peopled by children dressed in costumes from various nations. Adults Laura Mijares, Mary Grace, and Betsy Allen handed out free books in the parade. The books were donated by David Sanchez. This float won the Grand Prize of the Parade! 2005 - Eric Carle style Very Hungry Caterpillar created at the Summer Reading Program with Deb Holt Williams. Carried by Malachi Davidson, Gabriella Reyes, Ebon Bold, Noah Haarmann and followed by baton twirlers Sage Mijares & Jyelyn Bold. 2004 - Old Mother Hubbard's Shoe created by Mary Grace with the help of her children and Susan Caffrey and Ty Crockett. This float won Third Prize in the parade! 2003 - ? 2002 - Where the Wild Things Are created by Carol Meine and Richard Wasilewski

| SulphurCanyon Internet Service | Provided website hosting and internet access at a reduced rate. |
| J and J Designs | Provided free website hosting for new website for one year. |
| Chris Gardner | Teaches yoga classes on the library deck - her fee is a donation to the Library. |
| Book Donators | Too many people to name have made generous donations of used and new books to the library. It has made a huge difference in the funding of the library. |
NOTE: Mayors supported the Library on Bond issues throughout.
| 1973 | The Jemez Springs Public Library was officially established under the incorporation of the Village of Jemez Springs by Mayor Josephine Shepard. |
| 1984 | Mayor Maudell Berglund applied for a LSCA Title II Grant to remodel the building (current, 2006, library site) for use as a library. |
| 1992 | The Village, under Mayor Genevieve Sandoval, passed, approved and adopted Resolution #177 which formally established the library and a library board. |
| 1996 | Mayor David Sanchez - the Village applied for another LSCA Title II Grant for $25,000 which was matched by money from Sandoval County and from the Friends of the Library. |
| 2006 | Mayor John Garcia - the Village requested State funding for library expansion |
