  • On-line Registration for Homeschoolers
  • List of Family Schools in New Mexico (programs for 1/2 day public school, 1/2 day homeschool)

Jemez Area Groups

LAHE (Los Alamos Home Educators) is a large group of homeschooling families which welcomes new members and has many group events in the Los Alamos Area. *

Albuquerque has many Homeschooling Groups.  One which has had participation from local home-schoolers is called H2O.*

*  The Rio Rancho Library has a nice HomeSchooling page which includes contact information for many groups: http://ci.rio-rancho.nm.us/library/HomeSchooling.HTM

Small informal groups are often formed in the Jemez for home-schooling coops, field trips, or other events.  A good way to meet other home-schooling families is to attend library programs and community events and just ask around.back to top
